My son and daughter asked me to make an altered can to use as the prize for the band party's ugly sweater contest. I thought it ironic that the inspiration challenge at SCS was based on Don Cherry's jackets. I picked this bright jacket with flowers. They made me think of fringed flowers. So I quilled flowers the colors of the flowers on the jacket at glued them to the can. I look forward to hearing how the prize went over with the band kids.
