Make a 3-d Paper Car on your Cricut..If you have SCAL

This morning's adventure on my Cricut resulted in this model of a paper car. There are only six pieces to glue. The 4 wheels, a sheet of red with the holes for the details cut out and a piece of silver or white with the car outline, that goes under the piece with holes in it. That way you can make a bunch of cars quickly and have them all come out the same.

I didn't put score lines as it takes forever to cut things out when the score lines are on the cut out. It is pretty easy to see where things need to be folded as there are "tabs". I use the edge of the table to help get tight folds. Glue your two main pieces together, then fold. Glue on the wheels. Then glue the car into it's 3-d shape.

Hey guess what? Small ones could go on CUPCAKES! lol

I wouldn't use "heavy" card stock for these. Maybe some nice crisp paper, since you are going to have two layers, otherwise it is hard to 'fold'.
