Decorative Water Bottle Hang Tag for Drink Mix

Someone in the scalhints user group was looking for these drink package holder hang tags for a water bottle. I found a tutorial on

That gave written instructions on how to create these water bottle hang tags using punches, a ruler, paper and scissors. Being lazy, I wanted to create an svg file to cut the water tag out on the Cricut. Here you go:

Assembly instructions:
Fold top flap down.
Fold bottom flap up.
Glue trim piece in middle of folds, aligning circles.
Put brads through holes in folded up flap, trim and background to make pocket to hold drink mix.
Add trim around top circle. Glue circle to scalloped circle and to front of bottle.

I am in a hotel room with limited supplies so I did not have brads or a drink mix.
