Die Cut Dreams Challenge #60

Good morning, the start of another week and another challenge over at Die Cut Dreams.  This week the challenge is to use fabric on your creation.  For my card I have used a waistcoat template and the material is from the pile of quilting fabric I have had stashed away for goodness knows how long!
