How To Install The Risugami AudioMod

How To Install AudioMod:

I'm doing this quick tutorial because this little mod is required by so many other mods. I couldn't find any easy tutorials on the subject so I thought I would write one.

This mod was made by the original designer of the minecraft sound code and it allows custom music and sounds. For example you can put new music in C:\Users\[User Name]\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\resources\mod\music

I strongly recommend that you make a backup of your entire minecraft folder which you can find in C:\Users\[User Name]\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft Simply copy and paste it into the Roaming (where .minecraft is) directory and windows will append a -copy to it. Now if something goes wrong you can delete your minecraft folder and remove the "-copy" from your backup and you're back in business.

This kinda explains it all
Download the AudiMod.

Open it with 7zip or WinRar

Go to C:\Users\[User Name]\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\bin\minecraft.jar and open minecraft.jar with 7zip or WinRar.

Now drag and drop the files and folders from Audio Mod into minecraft.jar

Important: While minecraft.jar is still open delete the META-INF folder (if it's there).

There you are - done!

Please remember that modding anything implies risk and I am not making any promises that you will not encounter a problem. I'm simply explaining what worked for me. If you have difficulty try getting a new minecraft.jar, make sure you followed the instructions exactly, make sure you have the most up to date version of the mod and minecraft and remember that mods often don't work well together - which is why you backed up - right? - you did back everything up didn't you?

Teapot Tuesday- Rock concert in Africa

I made this card for Cindy's teaparty. We were to bring a black and white card because there is a Zebra named Zeke who is sporting a black and red look, who also wants to be a rock star. His parents would be happier if he was just your normal teenager. What exactly is normal? I made a piano keyboard card. I stamped a flourish on the inside and made little music notes. I can understand Zeke's rebellious nature. I wasn't sure I wanted to just bring black and white, so I brought a rainbow on the outside. I got to use my new brayer from my friend Anne. I had so much fun using it. I brayered the rainbow and drew the staff and music notes with a black marker.

Old School Charm

I made this for the Splitcoast Stampers Ways To Use it Challenge. It was to use a charm on the card. I have only a few charms in my collection of embellishments. It just so happened that I had sorted through my embellishments so I knew right away where my charms were. I had this little bow. I tried it on several images, but I liked it best on this one. This image is one that I recieved from my friend Ginny. She sent me a package this week with all sorts of new images to play with. I printed the sheet music with my computer on cream colored cardstock. The base of the card was made with a piece of designer paper that my secret sister at church gave me. It has a lacy printed design at the bottom. I cut along the edge of the lace and made a pocket to stick the sheet music into. I taped it back together on the back. I added the little pearls, a cream colored ribbon bow. I used my paper piercer on either side of where I wanted the bow charm to go. Then attached it with a small piece of wire. The image was colored with prisma colored pencils.
